The renovated 3,436 square feet house was built in 1936, and in some places, you can still see the history of the house. The interiors are contemporary, but they fit the historic house perfectly. The light color scheme, cozy textures, and warm materials turn this house into a comfortable home.

The light and spacious living spaces are filled with top-quality materials, thoughtful amenities, and chic, custom design details. Surrounding the house lies a beautiful garden that offers grand views.

The house features original details like high oak ceilings, wide plank oak floors, custom concrete fireplaces, Spanish revival lighting from the 1920s and 30s, custom crown moldings, and wood paneling.

The house has two living rooms. This room with a home bar offers and amazing view of Los Angeles through the arched window.

The chef’s kitchen features an Ilve stove, Sahara Noir marble island, Querkus oak cabinetry, and a butler’s pantry. The fixtures throughout the house have been imported from Italy.

The second sitting room sits directly underneath the first one, offering the same views of Los Angeles. The room features a grand light gray B&B Italia sofa and a textured checkerboard rug.

The master bedroom features a lot of interior trends: a striped headboard, wavy shapes, and a checkerboard rug.

The master bathroom features Cinderella misty grey marble, dramatic Negro Marquina Spanish marble floors, and a stone soaking tub.

This stunning 5,000-pound courtyard fountain was imported from Italy.
